Privacy Statement

The private limited company Aircrete Systems B.V. (with the trade name “Aircrete Europe” and hereinafter referred to as “Aircrete Europe”) established and with its office at the address (7575 EJ) Zutphenstraat 6 in Oldenzaal is the controller for the processing of data as referred to and mentioned in this privacy statement.

Processing in connection with the performance of the agreement

Execution of the agreement
Aircrete Europe is engaged in the design, production and marketing of production systems for the building materials industry.

This design, production and marketing takes place on the basis of concluded (purchase) agreements. The provision of information by the potential customer, with the desire to come to an agreement – if possible – can also be included in this process.

In order to handle these agreements, it is necessary for Aircrete Europe to process data. Processing of privacy data therefore takes place in the context of the execution of the agreement.

Such data processed in the process may relate to orders and/or companies, but may also include data on the basis of which individuals can be identified. This may include data such as:

  • Name;
  • Email addresses incorporating an individual’s name;
  • Telephone numbers;
  • Other data related to entering into or completing an agreement, which are actively provided by the relation.

Without this information, the correct (order) information cannot be linked to the correct relation and/or contact information, as a result of which it is not possible for Aircrete Europe to properly fulfil the agreements and/or provide the client with the correct information.

Correct bookkeeping and administration

For this purpose it is necessary for Aircrete Europe to store and retain the data belonging to the basic administration (including data concerning accounts receivable and accounts payable) for a longer period of time. Only by processing the aforementioned data does Aircrete Europe consider itself able to perform its bookkeeping and administration properly.

For both the “performance of the agreement” and the establishment and maintenance of a “correct bookkeeping and administration”, Aircrete Europe obtains these data during or on behalf of a contact moment with a (potential) client, whether or not via the website, telephone contact, or other (e-mail) correspondence with Aircrete Europe, and data are provided by this client.

Where necessary, such data will be processed by Aircrete Europe.

Further processing only after consent of the relation

Marketing communications
With regard to marketing activities, various parties and/or programmes may be used by Aircrete Europe for such purposes as the distribution of marketing communications. Data are also processed through these programmes and parties, which may involve data on the basis of which individuals can be identified.

Without the use of these programmes and parties, it is not feasible for Aircrete Europe to address existing and new clients.

Before the registration and processing of data for the purpose of these marketing activities, consent is requested from the client if deemed necessary.

Cookies and analysis programs
For marketing purposes, Aircrete Europe may thereby use (the placement of) cookies and programmes for the analysis of the obtained (cookie) data. This makes it possible for Aircrete Europe to conduct market research to a certain extent.

With analysis programmes it is possible to obtain information that could possibly lead to the identification of any (natural) person. For this reason, such data also falls under privacy-sensitive information.

Information regarding the cookies placed and/or analysed by (or on behalf of) Aircrete Europe, and the data that may or may not subsequently be processed as a result, can be found at the bottom of this privacy statement.

Here too, permission is requested from the client before registration and processing of data for these marketing activities.

For how long (personal) data are retained by Aircrete Europe

Aircrete Europe retains the data that is and/or should be part of the administration and bookkeeping as long as required by Legislation and/or as long as advised by an accountant.

Data obtained through the use of analysis programmes will be deleted no later than 50 months after registration. Aircrete Europe states that it considers this period to be reasonable, as it needs this period to be able to follow up on the outcome of market research and adjust the product range and policies accordingly.
Data that can be linked to a specific relationship and where there is an explicit notification by the relationship that they no longer wish to be in contact with Aircrete Europe will be deleted within 6 months of the said notification from the relationship.

For the purpose of marketing communications, the client is free to unsubscribe from receiving (and thus also sending) these marketing communications at any time. This is independent of whether or not the client wishes to remain in contact with Aircrete Europe.

An overview of the cookies used and placed, together with the retention period for each cookie, can be found at the bottom of this privacy statement.

For proper service provision and business operations, Aircrete Europe is obliged to engage third parties.

These parties have (limited) access to the data of the clients of Aircrete Europe. Where necessary, Aircrete Europe will enter into an agreement with these parties to regulate the protection and use of these data.

With regard to marketing activities
As previously described, companies and/or cookies and/or programmes may be used by Aircrete Europe for the purpose of marketing activities.

Data already collected and/or data obtained by these parties may be used, after use, for purposes such as market research, improvement of website / product range and services. Where necessary, Aircrete Europe enters into an agreement with these parties to regulate the protection and use of these data.

Sharing of data with foreign parties

For the use of foreign programmes / parties, Aircrete Europe seeks the advice of third parties where necessary, e.g. its accountant or its internet marketing agency. If from its own research and/or from statements of the third parties the advice follows to have the data processed by a foreign party, an agreement may be entered into with that party to regulate the protection and use of these data.
