Company JSC “ZABUDOVA” has successfully started their production of high quality Aircrete (AAC) products after having implemented innovative modernization technology of Aircrete Europe in their facility.

The modernization had a technology focus on the new cutting area of the HEBEL plant. Within less than 11 months, parties have realized this project which was far within the initially expected planning. The successful realization has increased the production capacity and improved the overall product quality of the plant. “When realizing a complex modernization as such, it is crucial to have a smooth harmonization of working scope between both parties. We were very satisfied with the support and qualified work of the ZABUDOVA team of engineers”says Mr. Daan van Boggelen, COO and Partner of AIRCRETE Europe.

Company JSC ZABUDOVA is considered to be the leading market pioneer for the production of high quality and advanced Aircrete products for the Belarusian and Russian market. This modernization was the key investment for ZABUDOVA in 2012 to improve the cutting process and increase the total quality of production.

As a long term Technology Partner, Aircrete will continue to service the ZABUDOVA plant with additional process technology, inspections and delivery of spare parts.
