Aircrete Europe is pleased to share its successful involvement in the largest event within the AAC industry, the 7th  International Conference on Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (7ICAAC), held in Prague, Czech Republic, from September 6 to 8, 2023.

1694182607747The modern Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) plant of today for a sustainable tomorrow” by Aircrete Europe’s CEO Ralf Bier

In a year of milestones, where we celebrate 100 years of AAC, we are also celebrating 20 years of Aircrete. In today’s world, as the only flat-cake cutting technology supplier in the market, we look forward to a prosperous future in a world that is rapidly moving towards modular and prefab building solutions.

Since the 70’s, Aircrete Europe founding roots were highly involved in driving the innovation in the AAC industry, with always a particular emphasis on the possibilities to produce AAC panels. Decades of experience and a strategic decision to invest in own factories laid the foundation of this success.

Today, in every project designed by Aircrete, the possibilities to incorporate top-class innovation and the highest level of sustainability are always a top priority and are considered already from the very early design phase. As a result of this, Aircrete factories can be operated with the highest level of automation and energy-saving initiatives to ensure higher operator safety, larger operating efficiency and a minimized carbon footprint.

During the 7ICAAC, we shared our experience and views on the sustainable AAC factory of the future with the audience. From the fact of being involved in own AAC operations, Aircrete is able to design a factory that is not only able to meet today’s highest safety, regulatory and environmental standards, but is also future-proof for the anticipated global trends in the industrial manufacturing and construction markets. From the design of a project, to the process of AAC production all the way to the building application on the construction site.

All-in-all we look back at a fantastic event, with almost 80 interesting presentations of international presenters and we enjoyed many insightful conversations with clients and industry experts.
