Aircrete Europe has participated in the World of Concrete 2017 fair in Las Vegas, the United States of America, and presented the Autoclaved Aerated Concrete construction and manufacturing technologies to US developers, builders and other building materials manufacturers.
The America’s building industry’s leading event with annual occurrence in Las Vegas allowed us to meet with various construction industry players not only from the USA but also Latin America. Thanks to our alliance partner, Besser Company, we established many valuable new contacts and received extremely positive feedback on AAC which have confirmed our vision of successful application of AAC in the US market.
At the booth we showcased some unique products made in AAC plants that use Aircrete technology such as: ultra-thin cladding panel (11/2’’ thick), partition panel (3’’ and 4’’ thick), load-bearing reinforced panel (up to 26 ft long) and standard AAC blocks.
Aircrete has confidence in the Autoclaved Aerated Concrete future in the US. With current (limited) domestic AAC production and tens of thousands of imported cubic feet, Aircrete believes US has a growing demand for lightweight concrete products and lightweight building systems using AAC. AAC is a known building material in all the states, fully certified with corresponding norms (UL, ASTM and INSI) and has been successfully applied in a large number of residential, commercial and industrial applications since the late 90’s.
The success story of our Aircrete Mexico panel production facility serves as a perfect North American reference for investors who are considering to set up an AAC plant in the US. Today, the Aircrete Mexico factory is the most advanced AAC panel and block facility in the North and South America.
