{"id":13089,"date":"2022-05-27T09:12:22","date_gmt":"2022-05-27T07:12:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.aircrete.com\/?post_type=news&#038;p=13089"},"modified":"2022-08-01T13:52:49","modified_gmt":"2022-08-01T11:52:49","slug":"integration-de-modelisation-des-informations-du-batiment-mib-dans-les-projets-daircrete-europe","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/www.aircrete.com\/fr\/aircrete-news\/integration-de-modelisation-des-informations-du-batiment-mib-dans-les-projets-daircrete-europe\/","title":{"rendered":"Int\u00e9gration de Mod\u00e9lisation des Informations du B\u00e2timent MIB dans les projets d\u2019Aircrete Europe"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>\u00c0 propos de la Mod\u00e9lisation des Informations du B\u00e2timent (MIB)<\/h2>\n<p>Au cours des deux derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies, la <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Building_information_modeling\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><u>Mod\u00e9lisation des Informations du B\u00e2timent (MIB)<\/u><\/a> est devenue de facto un support de force industrielle de l&rsquo;industrie mondiale de l&rsquo;AIC (Architecture, Ing\u00e9nierie et Construction). MIB est un processus utilis\u00e9 pour g\u00e9rer les informations tout au long du cycle de vie d\u2019un projet via un mod\u00e8le intelligent bas\u00e9 sur le cloud qui s\u2019int\u00e8gre dans des donn\u00e9es multidisciplinaires. De la conception \u00e0 la construction, en passant par l\u2019installation et l\u2019exploitation, la coordination de la mod\u00e9lisation des donn\u00e9es du b\u00e2timent promet des <strong>co\u00fbts r\u00e9duits, une construction et une installation plus rapides et une meilleure qualit\u00e9 globale.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Auparavant, un projet d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie multidisciplinaire traditionnel \u00e9tait bas\u00e9 sur un ensemble de documents, principalement sous forme de dessins et de rapports. M\u00eame lorsqu\u2019il a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 num\u00e9riquement par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ptc.com\/en\/technologies\/cad\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">le biais de la Conception Assist\u00e9e par Ordinateur (CAO),<\/a> le projet a abouti \u00e0 un ensemble d\u2019informations non centralis\u00e9es, cr\u00e9ant de la place pour les conflits et la redondance des donn\u00e9es.<br \/>\nLa mod\u00e9lisation des informations du b\u00e2timent est un <strong>processus \u00e9volu\u00e9 qui contient beaucoup d\u2019informations<\/strong>, allant au-del\u00e0 du mod\u00e8le de base de la CAO. Il pr\u00e9sente les donn\u00e9es pertinentes n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la planification et \u00e0 l\u2019ex\u00e9cution du projet et permet \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe de projet de collaborer. Tout ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de aide \u00e0 g\u00e9rer efficacement le projet en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. MIB est utilis\u00e9 pour identifier les opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019am\u00e9lioration via une approche num\u00e9rique intelligente, dans laquelle toutes les informations du projet sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9es en un seul endroit. Les mod\u00e8les sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s dans des bases de donn\u00e9es num\u00e9riques qui permettent la collaboration et l\u2019\u00e9change d\u2019informations entre les parties prenantes.<\/p>\n<h2>Int\u00e9gration de MIB dans les projets d\u2019Aircrete<\/h2>\n<p>Travaillant avec plusieurs partenaires (fournisseurs, clients, entrepreneurs locaux) sur des projets multidisciplinaires, avec une demande croissante d\u2019am\u00e9lioration du flux d\u2019informations, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aircrete.com\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Aircrete Europe<\/a> int\u00e8gre le MIB pour optimiser ses solutions et am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9ussite des projets. Actuellement, la Mod\u00e9lisation des Informations du B\u00e2timent est int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans les projets Aircrete \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un <strong>ensemble d\u2019outils logiciels<\/strong> et d\u2019un <strong>scanner d\u2019usine 3D<\/strong>, qui combine toutes les disciplines d\u2019un projet.<\/p>\n<p>Le scanner d\u2019usine 3D capture un nuage de points haute densit\u00e9 d\u2019un b\u00e2timent physique, de l\u2019\u00e9quipement existant et des services publics install\u00e9s. Sur un projet de friche industrielle, le nuage de points g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par le scanner d\u2019usine 3D est utilis\u00e9 comme point de d\u00e9part. Sur les nouveaux projets, les informations requises sont fournies par le client. Avec cet apport, <strong>l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie d\u00e9taill\u00e9e des \u00e9quipements Aircrete Europe<\/strong> commence, y compris l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie m\u00e9canique et des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s (tuyauterie et conduits, cl\u00f4tures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9). Comme <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=N06VBuNrFz0&amp;list=PLG3ISVsnubhKLovyio6672jfd5Jz4ASqc\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">les projets Aircrete<\/a> peuvent avoir un haut niveau de complexit\u00e9 (en particulier ceux des friches industrielles), le mod\u00e8le est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s utile pour ex\u00e9cuter, par exemple, une analyse approfondie des affrontements.. L\u2019analyse des conflits s\u2019est d\u00e9j\u00e0 av\u00e9r\u00e9e efficace chez Aircrete en \u00e9tant capable d\u2019identifier ou <strong>de r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes de compatibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 un stade pr\u00e9coce du projet<\/strong>. Pour aller plus loin, une autre dimension \u2013 le temps \u2013 est int\u00e9gr\u00e9e au mod\u00e8le global, qui est ensuite utilis\u00e9 pour la planification d\u00e9taill\u00e9e de l\u2019installation et la planification de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre.
