In a record year for bauma, with over 620,000 visitors dwelling the halls of Messe Munich during 7 days from 8 – 14 April, Aircrete Europe was very proud to see the tremendous amount of interest at the stand. We can definitely look back on the most successful bauma participation in our history!
One of the highlights that received a lot of attention during the show was the Aircrete Hybrid Model. Aircrete Europe recently introduced this solution to the market to offer an economic version of a full AAC panel plant, based on European Aircrete Flat-Cake technology. With slightly lower levels of automation and a larger share of non-core components coming from Asia (based on Aircrete drawings and specifications), clients with a smaller budget are still able to enjoy the unique capabilities of the Aircrete Flat-Cake cutting technology and produce ultra-thin and Super Smooth panels with their plant. Currently, various projects with the Aircrete Hybrid Model have been initiated and the first factory based on the Hybrid Model is expected to start production in Q2 this year.

Besides the Aircrete Hybrid Model, the many variations of the Super Smooth and ultra-thin AAC panels, as well as the extra-long 8 m panel, displayed at our booth received a lot of attention, as always. The global trend towards a panel-based prefab solution to build more efficient, faster and economical was confirmed by the visitors to our booth, representing more than 100 countries globally.
